not your typical car buying experience. steve was a pleasure to work with..felt absolutely no pressure to buy. he encouraged me to compare the listing price / milage similar to the vehicles i was purchasing. he was confident i would see i was getting a great deal. several times he asked me if i was comfortable , satisfied and happy " just want to make sure ". while he for sure wanted to sell me this vehicle , he also wanted to make sure that when the need arises again to buy a vehicle new life auto would be my choice. he was making sure i was satisfied and was happy. he was interested in developing a long term relationship. it is rare in the car business to see the after sale more important than the current sale. great experience. steve is a class act.

Steve was very friendly, easy to talk to, with any questions I had about the car I was interested in purchasing. It felt like I was talking with a friend and I never felt rushed or pressured with anything. He made the process in purchasing my vehicle smooth and stress free. Melvin was also very helpful and answered questions I had. I traveled 2.5 hours to go look at a car and it was worth the travel and my time. Two very nice people and he has nice selections of vehicles. I would definitely recommend this place.
